Anastasia has always been fascinated by artworks hanging on other people’s walls. She sees art as something very intimate, not only for the artist but also for the person who chooses a specific art piece. She thinks that art and art choices are always a revelation. Her own journey becoming an artist happened kind of accidentally when she started teaching herself graphic design programs like Photoshop and Illustrator. She was searching for a special texture but could not find it, so she designed it by her own and this was also the beginning of her first art prints. Textures are still a major subject of her art style as well as abstract shapes.
